- Fine Art, Year 2, extended evaluation
- CAD, projects 1 and 2
- 3D, Year 2, extended annotation and evaluation
Yet to complete:
- 3D Pathway, annotation and evaluation
I am really looking forward to having the backlog of work completed - it will allow me to focus all of my time and energy on my Final Major Project, and will also give me some vital grades I need to have to get up to PPP; at the moment, I am only 100 or so points away from passing my course at the lowest possible level, which is the minimum my university choice (Wimbledon, University of the Arts London) is asking for.
Getting a grade in CAD (finally) will procure me 70-90 points, depending on the grade I achieve, and having completed what I need to achieve Distinctions in Fine Art and 3D this year, I will also get 10 more points each in those subjects. This leads me to a total of 90-110 points, depending on my CAD grade.
Completing my 3D Pathway work will get me another 70-90 points, putting me firmly in the grade boundary for PPP. I then plan to go back and revisit some work from last year to see if I can gain a few more points in subjects where I have only gained a Merit or lower. I have four subjects from last year in which I am one criteria away from a Distinction, so I could possibly gain 40 more points if I complete some extra work for them.
My personal goal for my end grade for this course is DDD or higher, so I would like to gain as many extra points as possible. However, I must keep in mind that I have 3 more marks to collect this year (2 of them being the FMP units), and so I stand to gain as many as 270 more points upon completing them.
I feel positive about what I have achieved in my Easter break, and am very relieved to have cleared the backlog of work I accumulated while in Prague. I hope I can use this momentum to continue working at this level of intensity for the rest of the year.
