Painting & Drawing

My work in the past year has evolved greatly; during my GCSE studies I was first and foremost a painter and draughtsman. Although at the moment I have moved towards 3D and video work, incorporating installations, I believe that my approach to drawing and painting has heavily influenced my work in its current form - in particular, my aesthetics and themes.


I still very much enjoy painting and drawing; I use these skills in all other work I produce, whether it is for design ideas or for part of the work itself. I have used a huge variety of media: pencils, charcoal, ink, acrylic paint, watercolour, gouache, oil paints, chalk pastels, oil pastels, Letraline, marker pens, and my personal favourite, spray paint.
